Please note: Treatment at CommonHealth Recovery is not a good fit for people with certain conditions or situations, including:

• Active, high-risk self-harm behavior or suicidal ideation requiring inpatient stabilization
• Acute psychosis or schizophrenia requiring inpatient psychiatric care
• Severe medical complications requiring hospitalization
• Individuals unable to participate in outpatient treatment due to severity of symptoms

Here’s how care at CommonHealth Recovery works:
1. Complete an assessment: Contact us to schedule your initial assessment. During this appointment, our clinical team will evaluate your needs and discuss your treatment goals.

2. Develop your personalized treatment plan: Based on your assessment, we’ll create a customized treatment plan that may include:

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT): Meet with our medical provider for evaluation, medication management, and ongoing monitoring of your progress.

Absolutely. CommonHealth Recovery is fully HIPAA compliant and follows all federal and state privacy regulations, including 42 CFR Part 2 (confidentiality of substance use disorder patient records). Your treatment information is protected and will not be shared without your written consent, except as required by law.

CommonHealth Recovery has an on-site pharmacy for client convenience, so you can fill your prescriptions right here at our facility. Alternatively, your provider can send prescriptions to your preferred local pharmacy if you prefer. We’ll coordinate with you to ensure a smooth process and address any questions about your medications.
